Research Interest My research focuses on how coffee, which originated in Ethiopia, has taken root, grown, and evolved in Asia.

② East Asia Chapter: Scheduled for an academic presentation in Dakar, Senegal, June 2025.
③ West Asia Chapter (Yemen, Turkey, Saudi Arabia): Three public lectures in Korea, May 2025.
I will continue researching coffee from a cultural and historical perspective and hope to serve as a bridge between Asia and Africa.
