Can I ask my proxy(a parent or a teacher) to inquire instead?

　原則、志願者本人によるお問い合わせをお願いいたします。ただし、志願者本人が海外に在住しているなどの理由で問い合わせができない環境にいる場合は、代理人の方よりご連絡ください。

　なお、推薦書など、志願者以外が記入するものについてのお問い合わせは、志願者以外が直接問い合わせても構いません。

　It is preferable that the applicant contacts by him/herself, but if he/she cannot do so due to some reasons such as residing abroad,etc it is acceptable to ask their representative to contact us.

　However, non-applicants may directrly contact us about forms to be filled out by non-applicants, such as recommendation letters.
