証明書の日本語もしくは英語の訳文は、自分で作成してもいいですか。
Can I translate the certificate to Japanese or English by myself?

  証明書の訳文については、基本的には大使館等公的機関の認証が必要になりますが、自分で訳文を作成したのみのものでも受け付けます。

※研究計画書や論文の訳文は、公的機関の認証は不要です。

  但し、認証のない書類については、内容に偽りや齟齬があったことが判明した場合、入学手続き後であっても入学が取り消しになる場合があります。ご注意ください。

　Basically the translation of certificates require official approval from embassy or other authenticating institutes, however, we also accept applicant’s translation.

※Research Proposal and Thesis do not require official translation.

　Please note that even after one is admitted to the university, there are cases in which one's entrance admission is cancelled due to mistakes or inconsistency in the submitted documents without authentication.
