(大学院のみ)卒業日と学位取得日は同日ですが、それでも両方の日付がわかる証明書が必要ですか。
Supplement Information.(Only for Post Graduate)The date of graduation and the one of degree acquisition are the same. Do I still have to submit a certificate which shows both dates?

  募集要項記載のとおり、学位取得証明書が不要なので、卒業証明書で卒業日が分かれば問題ありません。

　As mentioned in the admission information it is not necessary.

理由１：
  本学は日本の大学であり、日本の教育システムにおいて、学歴と学位は連動していることを知っているため。
理由２：
  日本の大学において、日本の他大学へ出願する際に、学位取得証明書および卒業証明書への学位の記載を行わない大学があることが判明したため。

Reason１：
　TUFS is a Japanese university and we know that the education background and degree are linked in Japanese education system.
Reason２：
　Some Japanese universities do not mention a name of degree on the certificates.

  必要です。

　Yes, it is required.

理由１：
  海外において、学歴と学位の取り扱いが分かれている国があり、本学が全てを把握できないため。
理由２：
  海外において、学歴と学位が連動していても卒業日と学位取得日が大きくずれるケースがあり、出願資格に影響があるため。

※但し、その教育機関において【卒業日と学位取得日は同日である】旨の証明書、もしくは、そのことが分かる教育機関のWebページの提出があれば、受け付けます。

　Some countries handle education background and degree separately and TUFS cannot understand the whole situation.
Reason２:
　The education background and degree are linked but the date of graduation and degree acquisition varies completely in some foreign countries which affects application process.　　

※ If the institute mentions that the date of graduation and degree acquisition are the same on a document or web page it is acceptable.
