複数の証明書が1枚になっています。このまま提出していいですか。
All my certificates are put into one piece of sheet. Can I submit it as it is?

  原則、「学歴」「成績」「学位」の証明書については、証明する内容がそれぞれ異なりますので、本来であれば全て分かれている必要があります。

　しかし、本学では世界各国から受験者がいるため、事情を考慮し、各証明書で確認している内容がわかり、原本として扱えるものであれば、受け付けています。

　様々な様式があるので、確実に出願をしたい方は、なるべく早めに入試課に問い合わせてください。

　なお、本学で必要としている情報は、以下のとおりです。

卒業/修了(見込)年月日
　※卒業/修了(見込)証明書および調査書

２）
在籍時に取得した単位の科目名、およびその成績
　※成績証明書および調査書

３）
【大学院入試のみ】取得学位名
　※学位取得証明書

４）
【大学院入試のみ】学位取得年月日
　※学位取得証明書

５）
【三年次編入などの、出願資格に在籍期間の証明が必要な場合のみ】在籍開始～終了年月日
　※在籍証明書

６）
【５）のうち、証明を要する教育機関に在籍中の者のみ】現在その教育機関に在籍していることがわかる記載内容
　※在籍証明書

　Basically certificate of “Education Background” “Transcript” and “Degree” contain diffenrent contents and they must be issued separately.
　However, we accept it as long as it is a descent original document, since we have applicants from all over the globe and every country has its own style of issuing certificates. Consult with the admission office if you have any questions.
　The required information is as follows.

　１）Date of graduation(expected graduation)　※Certificate of graduation (expected graduation) and investigation report
　２）Name of the subjects taken and the transcript　※Transcript and investigation report
　３）【Only for Graduate Programs】Name of degree　※Certificate of degree
　４）【Only for Graduate Programs】Date of acquisition　※Certificate of degree acquisition
　５）【If required to show certificate of enrollment upon college transfer】Start and End date of education　※Certificate of enrollment
　６）【５）if you are still studying at the institute】A documents which proves that you are currently studying at the institute.
