doctoral guidance)).

Can I attach a separate sheet of paper if I cannot fill out the prescribed form, such as an application form? Is it possible to attach materials other than the submitted documents?

If you are unable to fill out the prescribed form, you may attach a separate sheet of paper. However, be sure to fill out the prescribed form as much as possible. In addition, it is not prohibited to enclose materials other than the submitted documents with the application just in case, although they will not be used for the examination.

Can I check if my application documents and English test results (TOEFL, etc.) have arrived?

If you are requesting the results of the English test to arrive at the University soon before the deadline, please include a note stating which date you request it in the submitted documents.

Can I have my application documents returned to me?

As stated in the application guidelines, we will not return any of them once they are accepted. If you are submitting a document that will only be issued once in your lifetime, be sure to submit a certified copy of the original document.

※If your application has not been accepted, please contact us within one week after the end of the application period to have it returned to you, and we will process it. Please note that we will discard them once the period has passed.

Is it possible to reapply even if I was unsuccessful in the past?

Since the entrance examination by recommendation for Master's Program is open to fourth-year undergraduates, students who have graduated from the program cannot reapply for it; however, students who have stayed in the program and will continue to be in their fourth year of study can apply for the entrance examination by recommendation again. In addition, other exams can be reapplied..

Can I apply if the department I graduated (or will graduate from) is different from the department I want to study?

The application will not be considered at the time of application, and will be accepted if there are no problems with the information and documents submitted. However, since the knowledge of the content to be researched in the Graduate School must be more than the undergraduate level of the University, please show that you have this ability in your research proposal or submitted paper.
