International Seminar Held at International Cultural Centre in Cracow, Poland

On Thursday, September 5, an International Seminar titled “Comparative Study of Cultural Heritage Policy from a Historical Point of View: Japan and Europe” was held at the International Cultural Centre at Cracow, Poland, which has an academic exchange agreement with TUFS. Members of Grant-In-Aid for Scientific Research including TUFS President Hirotaka Tateishi (who presented “Comparative Study of Change of Historical Understanding and an Idea of Cultural Heritage and Scenery”) were in attendance.
The seminar was held at the centre which faces the central square of the former Polish capital, Cracow, providing a view of the beautiful Old Town from the windows.
