Global Japan Office Established in the International University for the Humanities and Development, Turkmenistan in 3rd September

On Saturday 3 ^rd September 2016, TUFS established the 11 ^th Global Japan Office* at the International University for Humanities and Development, Turkmenistan.
The two universities signed an exchange agreement last November and have since been promoting exchange. Along with the commencement of Japanese language education at the International University for Humanities and Development, the office was set up in order to further promote exchange.
From here on, using this office as a base, we anticipate the support for Japanese language and culture education higher education in Turkmenistan.
*In order to carry out the 'strengthening if the communication from Japan to the world' and 'support for university globalisation' of the Tokyo University of Foreign Studies (TUFS) Top Global University Project, TUFS is establishing Global Japan Offices, which will become centres for Japanese education and research, in its main overseas partner institutions
