TUFS Student Places Third at 11th Annual Student Interpretation Contest

On Saturday the 25
th
of November, TUFS student Tsuyoshi Saito (School of Language and Culture Studies, German Language major, fourth year) won third place at the 11
th
Annual Student Interpretation Contest (hosted by the Nagoya University of Foreign Studies).
This year's theme was 'No Country is an Island; What the world has given Japan and what Japan has given back,' to which selected students from nine universities nationwide competed with their interpreting abilities. Every year, TUFS participates in this contest as a special partner institution.
