Free Japanese-language input program poses security risk

Dear all,
As reported in the media, A Japanese-language input program (Baidu IME, Social IME) potentially installed on millions of computers, including those used at ministries and agencies as well as universities and research institutions, sends every character typed to the software provider's server without the user's consent.
Due to the reason above and to avoid the information leakage, please do not use these programs.

【注意喚起】日本語文字入力補助ソフトによる情報漏えいの危険性について
日本語文字入力補助ソフト（Baidu IME、Social IME）による情報漏えいの危険性が報道されています。
これらのソフトウェアは初期設定で入力した全ての文字情報が外部のサーバーに送信されるため、機密情報が漏えいする危険性がありますので、教職員のみなさまにおかれましては、業務では使用しないで下さい。
