NPO Fuchu JSL Japanese Language Support Association Reading Event for Foreign Families
Date: 14 December (Saturday)
Location: 1F Student Lounge Room 106, Japanese Language Center for International Students

This event hosted by Fuchu JSL in collaboration with IES will consist of reading the children's book 'Babar the Elephant' accompanied by a piano performance. TUFS international students will participate as staff to help organize this event and will also introduce and tell stories from their own
country.

If you have a particular book you would like to introduce to the Japanese audience, please join our working group to prepare the Japanese translation and help organize the よみきかせ session.

Understanding and Maintaining Psychological Wellbeing: A Workshop

Living in a different country with different customs and languages is not easy.
The International Education Support Office (IES) will hold a workshop on maintaining psychological wellbeing. At this workshop, you will learn exercises and strategies about how to manage feelings, such as anxiety, and stress.
We ask you to register in advance, but this is solely to prepare the handouts. You can register anonymously.

The owner of a Japanese cooking school will give a presentation introducing some recipes and how to look out for gluten-free, vegan, Halal, vegetarian friendly options at a Japanese supermarket. Fuchu Walking Event
